🔧 Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and reliable Plumber to join our Engineering team. The Plumber will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining all plumbing systems throughout the property, ensuring smooth operations and guest satisfaction.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain water supply, drainage, and sewage systems.

• Fix and replace plumbing fixtures such as sinks, toilets, showers, faucets, valves, and water heaters.

• Perform routine inspections of plumbing systems in guest rooms, public areas, kitchens, and back-of-house areas.

• Troubleshoot issues including leaks, blockages, low water pressure, and faulty valves.

• Inspect and maintain pumps (booster pump, transfer pump) and hot water systems.

• Maintain and clean grease traps, floor drains, and septic tanks/STP when required.

• Ensure all work complies with safety standards and company SOPs.

• Complete work orders, daily logs, and provide preventive maintenance feedback.

🔧 Qualifications

• Minimum high school or technical vocational education (preferably in Mechanical/Plumbing).

• At least 1 years of experience as a Plumber in a hotel, resort, villa, or construction environment.

• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, including hot and cold water, drainage, and pumps.

• Ability to weld or join PPR, PVC, HDPE, or copper pipes is an advantage.

• Able to work independently, respond to emergency calls, and work in shifts.
