We are looking for an experienced Planner (Garment Industry) to join our team!

Responsibilities:

Create and manage production planning based on order and capacity

Monitor production schedule to ensure on-time delivery

Coordinate with Production, IE, Warehouse, and Purchasing teams

Analyze production data and identify potential delays or bottlenecks

Prepare reports related to production progress and planning

Ensure optimal utilization of manpower and machines

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Textile, or related field

Minimum 2–3 years experience as Planner in garment industry

Strong understanding of production flow (cutting, sewing, finishing)

Good analytical and problem-solving skills

Proficient in Microsoft Excel (experience with planning systems is a plus)

Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Good communication skills
