As a Physiotherapist (Various Settings Available), you will be responsible for the following duties:

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate physiotherapy services tailored to patients’ individual needs.

Develop and encourage exercise and movement programs to maintain or improve patients’ functional abilities.

Monitor and document patients’ progress, adjusting care plans as necessary.

Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to provide a holistic approach to patient care.

Participate in, and conduct, orientation, in-service education, and training programs.

Mentor and supervise junior physiotherapy staff, providing guidance and support in clinical practice.

Stay updated with current best practices, evidence-based physiotherapy techniques, and professional development.

Engage patients and caregivers through education, advice, and guidance to promote self-management and recovery.

Support quality improvement initiatives and contribute to departmental goals.

Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager.

Requirements:

Possess Diploma / Degree in Physiotherapy and registered with Allied Health Professional Council (AHPC)
