Role Overview
Reporting directly to the CEO, this role provides executive, administrative and coordination support to ensure the CEO is able to effectively manage the companies under his charge. The Personal Assistant will serve as a key liaison between the CEO, internal teams, artistes, partners and external stakeholders, while ensuring that the CEO’s instructions and information are communicated clearly and executed efficiently.
This position requires a highly organised, proactive and dependable individual who is able to manage multiple priorities, maintain strict confidentiality and thrive in a fast-paced entertainment environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the CEO’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, travel arrangements and daily priorities.
Provide timely and prompt responses to the CEO’s requests, communications and operational matters
Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders
Ensure instructions, updates and directives from the CEO are effectively communicated and followed through
Attend meetings with or on behalf of the CEO, prepare agendas, record and circulate accurate meeting minutes, and track follow-up action items
Prepare meeting materials, reports, presentations and correspondence as required
Coordinate senior management meetings and company discussions
Support company projects, concerts, events and business operations when required
Provide administrative and personal support to the CEO including travel, scheduling and logistics matters
Maintain strict confidentiality in handling all professional and personal matters of the CEO
Provide support to group or affiliated companies where necessary
Undertake additional duties as assigned from time to time
Requirements
Diploma or equivalent qualification
Minimum 3–4 years of experience in executive or personal assistant support, preferably in fast-paced industries
Strong organisational, communication and multitasking abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office and communication tools
Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities
High level of professionalism, initiative, discretion and attention to detail
Flexible to accommodate business needs, including irregular working hours when required
