What We're Looking For:
Educational Background: Local Diploma / A-Level Equivalent & Above
Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication skills to build rapport and trust with clients
Language Proficiency: Fluent in English
Technical Skills: Proficient in Excel, Canva, and Google Office
Key Responsibilities:
Scheduling: Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
Client Management: Handle client accounts, including claims, administrative updates, and payments
Task Management: Organise and prioritise tasks to meet deadlines
Personal Assistance: Assist with personal tasks such as errands, reservations, and special projects
Event Organisation: Support administrative coordination and operational management for events
