Job Responsibilities:
Provide personal assistant and administrative support to management
Manage schedules, appointments, and meeting arrangements
Issue invoices and prepare related documents
Handle email correspondence and general office administration
Conduct cold calling and follow up with potential clients
Coordinate with customers and business partners when required
Assist in preparing reports, quotations, and other administrative tasks
Support daily office operations and ad hoc duties assigned by management
Requirements:
Organized, responsible, and able to multitask
Comfortable handling administrative work and client communication
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Candidates with PA, admin, or sales coordination experience are encouraged to apply
