Responsibilities :

Lead weekly recipe development and innovation for our frozen yogurt toppings.

Conduct R&D for new recipes and seasonal menu items.

Oversee ingredient stock, ordering, and supplier communication.

Produce weekly core baked goods and toppings in large batches, ensuring consistency, quality, and readiness to meet the high-volume demands of the outlet.

Present weekly taste tests and product updates to the team.

Maintain kitchen organisation, cleanliness, and high food safety standards.

Requirements :

English-speaking ability is essential for smooth day-to-day communication.

Proven patisserie experience (professional kitchen experience preferred).

A self-starter who can work independently and take initiative.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Organised, detail-oriented, and consistent in quality.

Creative flair with a love for experimenting with flavours and textures.
