Job description for Partner Engagement Admin at Paragon Pratama Teknologi

As a Partner Engagement Admin, you’ll support the PE team by managing community data, handling daily operations, and coordinating between internal teams and our driver community — combining data, coordination, reporting, and creative tasks.

🌟 What You’ll Do

  • Process and update referral data accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Handle driver complaints related to payment processes and coordinate resolutions with the appropriate internal teams.
  • Manage and track community-related complaints, ensuring timely follow-up and escalation when needed.
  • Maintain and monitor community performance data to support internal reporting.
  • Support the execution of community events, including logistics, communication, and on-site support.
  • Assist in the exploration of new community leads and opportunities to expand driver engagement.
  • Support the acquisition of new communities and onboarding activities.
  • Create and maintain dashboards to track key metrics related to community performance and engagement, while performing regular data entry and data cleaning to ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems.
  • Support key visual creation for events or initiatives, when needed.
  • Assist in team coordination, including scheduling and internal alignment, as well as taking Minutes of Meeting (MoM) during discussions and ensuring follow-up actions are tracked.

✅ What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in any major.
  • Prior experience in administrative support or community management is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in handling data.
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to coordinate across different teams and respond to community needs.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Basic design skills (e.g. Canva) are a plus for assisting with visual materials.
  • Willing to work on-site and support field activities or events when needed.
