About the role

Become a Tour Consultant at LET'S FLY TRAVEL PTE. LTD., a travel agency in the Chinatown Central Region. This part-time role is an excellent opportunity to showcase your passion for the travel industry and provide exceptional customer service. As part of our dynamic team, you will be responsible for promoting travel packages, assisting customers with their travel planning and booking needs.

What you'll be doing

Providing friendly and knowledgeable assistance to customers, both in-person and over the phone

Recommending and booking travel packages, flights, accommodations, and other related services to meet customer requirements

Effectively addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns on a timely manner

Assist customers in establishing travel budgets and finding suitable options within those budgets

Research and recommend travel destinations, accommodations, and itineraries based on customers preferences. 

Staying up-to-date with the latest travel industry trends, destinations, and product offerings

Collaborating with the team to identify and capitalise on sales opportunities

Maintaining accurate records and documentation of all customer interactions

Working hours are 5 hours per day with 4 days per week based on rooster

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a customer service or sales role within the travel industry

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with customers

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service

Familiarity with travel booking systems and online platforms

A passion for travel and a genuine interest in helping others plan their dream vacations

Proficiency in multiple languages, including English, would be an advantage

Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or sales role within the travel industry.

Commitment to working on weekends and Public Holidays.

We also sell air tickets, ferry tickets, and attraction tickets. Essentially, all the services required in the travel industry are available through our company.
