Part Time Personal Assistant
Location: In Person, Singapore
Type: Part Time - $20 an Hour/10-20 hours per week (flexible scheduling available)
Language Requirement: Japanese fluency essential.
About the Job Role:

Key Responsibilities:
Manage calendar, appointments, and schedule coordination.
- Handle correspondence and communications in both English and Japanese.
- Assist with travel arrangements and itinerary planning.
- Organize documents, files, and maintain records.
- Run errands and coordinate personal tasks as needed.
- Conduct research and prepare reports or presentations.
- Liaise with contacts in Japan and Japanese-speaking networks.
- Provide translation support when required.
REQUIREMENTS
- Fluent in Japanese (spoken and written) – native or business-level proficiency
- Strong English communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Proficient in MS Office and digital tools (Google Workspace, etc.)
- Proactive, discreet, and able to handle confidential information
- Based in Singapore with reliable transportation
- Flexible availability within the 10-20 hour weekly commitment
Preferred Qualifications;
- Previous experience as a personal or executive assistant
- Understanding of Japanese business culture and etiquette
- Experience working in multicultural environments
