About the role

Become a key part of the Part Sales Team at PT Daya Kobelco Construction Machinery Indonesia, a leading provider of construction equipment in the region. In this Part Sales Development Program role, you will have the opportunity to develop your sales expertise and contribute to the company's continued growth and success.

What we're looking for

Must have bachelor's degree Minimum D3 majoring in Mechanical Engineering / Industrial Engineering / Heavy Equipment Engineering is a must

Preferably those who have experience in minium 1 years in the field of Part Sales / Mechanic / (Fresh Graduate are also welcome to apply).

Minimum GPA: 3,30

Possess excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills

Has customer focus skills and able to build relationships with customers

Has excellent problem-solving, analytical thinking & negotiation skill

A confidence, ambitious, and courage individual with a drive to succeed

Has a basic understanding of BMC (Basic Mechanic Course) and troubleshooting is a plus

Able to work as individual or team work

Good understanding with Micrsoft Office

Have a good English Language skills. (Japanese is a plus aspect to consider)

Willing and ready to be placed on all our Branch around Indonesia
