PT Aliana Bali Love is a growing Foreign Investment Company (PMA) operating in the Food & Beverage industry, with a focus on developing premium artisan bakery and café lifestyle concepts in Bali.

Located in Gianyar-Ubud, we are committed to delivering high-quality culinary experiences supported by excellent service standards. We are currently seeking passionate, professional, and hospitality-oriented individuals to join our team.

Responsibilities

Ensure all orders from online platforms (GrabFood, GoFood, ShopeeFood, etc.) match the invoice/order before dispatch.

Check item completeness, quantity, and customer special requests.

Prepare and package products neatly, safely, hygienically, and according to company standards.

Ensure order labels, customer names, and delivery details are accurate.

Help maintain fast and accurate order dispatch processes, especially during peak hours.

Coordinate with the kitchen, cashier, and delivery partners regarding order status.

Help maintain cleanliness of the packaging area and operational station.

Assist in backing up waiters/waitresses in serving dine-in customers when needed.

Help refill display items, operational tools, and service area supplies.

Maintain hospitality and excellent customer service standards.

Qualifications

Minimum high school/vocational school graduate (SMA/SMK or equivalent).

Experience in F&B, bakery, café, restaurant, or handling online orders is a plus.

Detail-oriented, fast, and attentive to accuracy.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Good attitude, disciplined, and responsible.

Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

High initiative and able to multitask.

Well-groomed and maintains personal hygiene.

Basic understanding of online delivery platforms is an advantage.
