Job Description:
1. Carry out Maintenance in accordance with roles described in GSAP/Streamline (LGAME).
2. Execute Maintenance activities per instruction by the Maintenance Supervisor, and may include the keeping of records, monitoring of maintenance costs, and production performance.
3. Carry out maintenance in accordance with the agreed schedules and consistent with HSSE rules and regulations including the PTW system.
4. Creating and consistent with HSSE rules and regulations, including to avoid any activity that can harm people or environment (by reducing or eliminate hazardous waste).
5. Work with Blending, Filling Operators, Bulk Receipt, Tank Farm Operators (including Jetty Operation), Bulk Filling Operators and Grease Plant to ensure asset availability is maximized.

1. Execute the maintenance activities accordance to the schedule and in time bases.
2. Execute day to day preventive maintenance check and reporting base on the actual condition of plant production equipment's.
3. Must have basic knowledge in plant utility equipment's, building, and good shop floor communications.
4. Consistently execute current preventive maintenance works.
