Azure International Bali Villas sedang membuka lowongan untuk posisi Penuh waktu Operations Staff di Tibubeneng, Bali. Lamar sekarang untuk menjadi bagian dari tim kami.

- Gaji yang diinginkan: Rp3,000,000 - Rp5,000,000 per bulan
Key Responsibilities:
-Act as a point of contact for villa owners and management regarding operational updates.
-Supervise and coordinate housekeeping staff to maintain the cleanliness and presentation of villas.
-Monitor and ensure timely maintenance and repair works.
-Handle guest reviews, complaints, and feedback, ensuring prompt resolution.
-Conduct regular inspections to ensure villas meet company standards.
-Prepare daily/weekly reports on villa operations.
-Act as a point of contact for villa owners and management regarding operational updates.
Requirements:
-Minimum 2 years of experience in hospitality or villa/property management.
-Strong leadership and organizational skills.
-Good communication in English and Indonesian.
-Able to handle guests professionally and resolve issues efficiently.
-Familiar with managing staff schedules, vendor coordination, and daily expenses.
-Comfortable using basic systems for reporting and record-keeping.
