We are looking for Operations Officer (Warehouse& Inventory) to join our Operations Team. The role involves inventory management, warehouse operations, continuous improvement and quality control tasks to support our business operations.

Job Scope:
Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records, including receiving, storage, and tracking of products using inventory management systems. Perform regular cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
Pack Goods for Delivery: Carefully and accurately pack products for outbound shipments, ensuring items are secure and protected during transit. Label packages with shipping information and handle necessary documentation. Tailor and enhance products with accessories as per the order specifications. Scan out the pick list and items to proceed with delivery.
Unload Containers: Safely and efficiently unload incoming shipments from trucks and containers. Inspect and verify received goods against packing lists or purchase orders. Optimize store space by strategically adjusting the placement of goods and their respective locations.
Check Return Goods: Accept and inspect returned products from customers, checking for defects, damages, or discrepancies. Process returns in accordance with company policies and guidelines. Scan in into inventory system after checked.
Customer Service: Assist walk-in customers, providing product information and guidance. Process sales transactions for spare parts, handle payments, and issue receipts.
Testing Faulty Parts: Evaluate and test faulty or damaged parts brought in by customers to determine the extent of repair or replacement needed. Communicate repair options and associated costs to customers.
Quality Control: Ensure that products are handled, stored, and packaged in compliance with quality standards and safety regulations. Report any product quality issues or safety concerns to supervisors.
Safety and Cleanliness: Maintain a safe and organized warehouse environment by following safety protocols and keeping work areas clean and clutter-free.
Documentation: Complete and maintain accurate records of shipping and receiving activities, including delivery confirmation and return documentation.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other warehouse team members and sales to achieve efficiency and meet shipping deadlines. Provide support during peak periods or staff shortages.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to warehouse efficiency initiatives. Suggest enhancements to inventory management systems or workflows.
Job Requirements:
Possess Class 3 / 3A License, company van will be provided
No experience required
Basic computer skills
Attention to detail and follow procedures

Working hours: Mondays to Fridays (9am to 5.30pm), Alternate Saturdays (9am to1pm)
