Job description for Operations Manager at Oriental Food & Services Pte Ltd
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage daily operations across warehouse, production, distribution, customer service, and quality control
Ensure smooth coordination and workflow integration across all operational functions
Drive operational efficiency, productivity, and cost optimisation initiatives
Monitor and achieve key operational KPIs, productivity targets, and cost objectives
Analyse operational processes, manpower utilisation, and space efficiency to identify improvement opportunities
Implement process improvements and continuous improvement initiatives
Oversee inventory accuracy, stock control systems, and inventory management processes
Ensure proper maintenance and upkeep of equipment, machinery, and company vehicles
Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
Implement preventive measures to reduce operational, safety, and security risks
Lead investigation and resolution of operational incidents and escalations
Provide regular operational reports, performance analysis, and improvement recommendations to management
Work closely with management on operational planning, strategy, and execution
Lead, coach, and develop operations teams across functions
Conduct performance reviews and ensure accountability and performance standards are met
Job Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role (Manufacturing, Logistics or FMCG industry preferred)
Strong leadership and people management skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a continuous improvement mindset
Excellent communication, organisational, and multitasking skills
Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Working Hours
Monday to Friday 7am to 5pm
Alt Saturday 7am to 12pm
