Operations & Customer Experience Executive

What You Will Do
Operations & Workflow Improvement
Review existing workflows across sales, operations, and aftersales
Identify inefficiencies, gaps, and areas for improvement
Propose and implement practical, scalable solutions
Continuously refine processes to improve speed, clarity, and consistency
Customer Experience
Oversee and support customer communications across the journey
Ensure smooth coordination from sales to installation to aftersales
Identify recurring issues and implement long-term fixes
Maintain a high standard of responsiveness and service quality
Systems & Process Management
Work with internal systems (e.g. scheduling, CRM, service platforms) to improve usage and structure
Ensure data accuracy and proper tracking of customer orders and job statuses
Review systems periodically and recommend improvements or integrations
Daily Operations Support
Assist in scheduling, coordination, and issue resolution when required
Work closely with sales, technicians, and admin teams
Who We’re Looking For
Minimum 2–4 years of experience in operations, customer service, or a similar role
Strong ability to identify problems and improve processes, not just follow them
Detail-oriented with a structured and logical way of thinking
Comfortable working across both systems and people
Able to balance thinking and execution — ideas must translate into action
