·        Ensuring smooth operation of deliveries

·        Responsible for total distribution of both inbound and outbound shipment to and from yards,warehouses or consigned destinations

·        Ensuring accuracy on job performance

·        Ensure customers requirement are fulfilled

·        Ensuring proper documentation by drivers.

·        Ensuring proper handling of cargoes by drivers to prevent damages

·        Ensuring fully compliance for Workplace Safety & Health requirement

Duties & Responsibilities

To assists the Traffic Controller in: -

·        Liaise with customers and contractors for delivery, collection and trucking.

·        Ensure containers are delivered on time to customers’ premise or consigned destinations.

·        Portnet / Haulier Container System (Fleet Management System) processing.

·        Deployment of drivers assigned under sector.

·        Manage and oversee team of drivers under your sector.

·        Coordinate job assignments – interdepartment.

·        Site handling.

·        Comply and meet the requirements of ISO 9001, ISO45001, and ISO 22301 for Integrated Management System.

·        Ensure achieve IMS Policy and IMS objectives.

·        Any other ad hoc duties as per assigned by superior.

Qualifications

·        Minimum secondary school level

·        Knowledge in haulage chain

·        PC literate and proficient in MS office

·        Able to read and write English

·        Good communication skill

·        Min 1 years in supervisory skill

·        Min 2 years experiences in similar field
