KM Trans, a growing company specializing in tourism and transportation services, is looking for a proactive and creative Online Sales & Marketing staff to help expand our digital presence and boost our online sales.

✨ Responsibilities:

Manage and optimize online sales channels (Instagram, WhatsApp Business, Website, OTA, etc).

Create digital content to promote KM Trans services (transport packages, travel deals, etc).

Respond to online inquiries and convert leads into bookings.

Monitor and analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements.

Collaborate with the operations team to ensure client satisfaction.

✅ Requirements:

Minimum Diploma (D3) in Marketing, Communication, Tourism, or related fields.

Experience in digital marketing or online sales is an advantage.

Good communication skills, both in English and Indonesian.

Familiar with social media management, content creation, and basic design tools (Canva, etc).

Goal-oriented, responsive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
