Requirements:

• Min Bachelor degree any major
• Min 2 years related experience as Tenant Relation in retail industry
• Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply
• Have good knowledge of brands
• Presentable & great communication skill
• Fluent in English

Job Description:

• Maintain good relations with tenants
• Responsible for working closely with the Customer Care team
• Serve and resolve tenants and customers complaints
• Accompany related parties (internal/external) visits to tenants
• Become a liaison between tenants / customers and management
• Coordinate with relevant departments in resolving tenant / customers complaints
• Conducting periodic research
• Make daily/monthly reports
