Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Assistant to join our team. The role involves supporting daily office operations and handling a variety of administrative tasks.
Key responsibilities include:
Monthly Reporting: Preparing and tracking monthly reports and data for clients.
Financial Tracking: Managing petty cash and invoices.
Contract Handling: Assisting with contract preparation, management, and documentation.
Supplier Management: Finding suppliers, negotiating deals, and coordinating purchases.
Office Operations: Overseeing daily office functions, organization and ensuring a smooth workflow.
Qualifications:
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is required.
Proficiency in Google Drive, Google Sheets, and Google Documents.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities required.
Excellent communication skills.
Prior experience in administrative roles is preferred.
Interest in the Real Estate sector is a plus.
