As a Nurse Manager (Operating Theatre), you will be responsible for the following duties:

Oversee daily clinical and administrative operations of the Day Surgery Clinic across specialties.

Lead and supervise nursing staff, ensuring effective teamwork and communication.

Plan staffing and skill mix to meet patient and surgical needs.

Ensure compliance with clinical standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.

Monitor patient outcomes and satisfaction; drive quality improvement and patient safety.

Manage clinical incidents and enforce infection control practices.

Coordinate operating lists and ensure smooth patient flow from pre-op to discharge.

Collaborate with surgeons, anaesthetists, and multidisciplinary teams.

Oversee inventory, equipment maintenance, and resource utilisation.

Support budgeting and cost-effective operations.

Mentor staff, support onboarding, and deliver training programmes.

Requirements:

Possess a Degree in Nursing with an Advanced Diploma or Post Basic in Peri-operative and valid full registration with Singapore Nursing Board (SNB).

Possess at least 2 to 3 years as Nurse Manager in Operating Theatre
