Job Responsibilities:

Establish unit goals and objectives in collaboration with the clinical team.

Oversee staff induction, competency assessments, training, and career development.

Ensure quality and safe nursing care through continuous evaluation and improvement.

Review incident reports and implement preventive action plans.

Monitor budget and resource utilization for operational efficiency.

Manage staff scheduling and appropriate skill mix based on patient acuity.

Ensure compliance with clinical policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.

Apply systems thinking to support operational and clinical improvements.

Lead recruitment, development, and retention of nursing staff.

Requirements:

At least 3 - 5 years' Nurse Manager experience in Operating Theatre

Degree in Nursing

Registered with Singapore Nursing Board
