Job Requirement:
Min. Bachelor Degree in Business, Management, Marketing or equivalent
Max 45 y/o, with experience minimum 5 years in related fields and managerial position
Proven track record of achieving sales targets on a national scale
Deep expertise in sales data analysis and proficient in CRM tools
Have visionary leadership and the ability to build high-performing teams
Strong business acumen to interpret economic and market trends
High-level negotiation and influencing skills
Willing to travel extensively to various regions nationwide
Job Description:
Formulate annual sales plans, set regional quotas, and design market penetration strategies for both and new existing products
Lead, mentor, and motivate Regional Sales Managers or Area Sales Managers to ensure all regions meet their KPI targets
Build and maintain strategic relationship with major clients, national distributors, or key retail partners
Perform monthly, quarterly and annually sales forecast also analyze performance metrics to identify opportunities or risks
Manage the national sales department budget, including the allocation of promotional funds, team operational cost, and incentives
Work closely with the marketing team to align brand campaigns and with the supply chain team to ensure national stock availability
Conduct regular visits to various regions to understand local market dynamics and evaluate the effectiveness of field teams
