• Diperlukan 1 tahun pengalaman kerja yang relevan untuk posisi ini
• Gaji yang diinginkan: Rp3,500,000 per bulan

Job Responsibilties :

Work as a barista at the main cafe and sometimes at our coffee truck project.

Deliver coffee truck orders from the main branch to the truck location.

Pick up completed orders or supplies from the coffee truck and bring them back to the main branch.

Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, matcha, smoothies, and other beverages according to company standards.

Operate and maintain coffee equipment and other machines.

Handle customer orders professionally and ensure excellent customer service at all times.

Job Qualifications :

Proven experience as a barista (minimum 1 year preferred).

Skilled in coffee preparation techniques and basic knowledge in smoothie preparation is an advantage.

Must have your own motorcycle for daily delivery duties.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Highly responsible, honest, and able to work independently.

Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and public holidays if required.

Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Positive attitude and passion for coffee culture and customer service.
