Job Descriptions:

Assist Product Development Manager in execution and coordination with suppliers.

Prepare and update product specifications, costing, and material details.

Follow up on sampling progress, including comments, revisions, revisions, and approvals.

Coordinate daily communication with suppliers regarding timelines and quality issues.

Track sampling updates and monitor delivery schedules, proactively highlighting potential delays.

Support fitting sessions and ensure all related documentation is accurate and well maintained.

Maintain complete documentation and follow up on product development milestones

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree from reputable university.

Minimum 3 years relevant experience in merchandising, preferably from fashion retail industry.

Strong attention to detail with good process discipline.

Basic knowledge of garment construction and costing.

Good communication skills and strong follow-up with suppliers.

Well-organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple SKUs effectively.

Willing to be placed at Lippo Karawaci.
