What You Will Do

Provide professional psychological and clinical consultation to employees regarding personal, emotional, and work-related concerns.

Deliver counseling and wellbeing support through telephone, live chat, and video sessions (immediate and scheduled services).

Assess and respond to crisis situations with appropriate intervention strategies.

Maintain accurate clinical documentation and case records in a timely manner.

Manage assigned client cases and ensure appropriate follow-up and resolution.

Facilitate referrals to relevant support services, including medical or community resources when required.

Requirements

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Degree in Clinical Psychology or Counseling Psychology only

Must be a Licensed Registered Psychologist with a valid Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) license in the Philippines

Experience in counseling, clinical practice, or wellbeing programs is an advantage.

Strong understanding of professional ethics in psychological practice.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic computer proficiency for documentation and communication tasks.

Ability to work with diverse clients and organizational environments.
