Responsibilities: 

Assist Mechanical Engineers in carrying out servicing & maintenance of plant machinery / mechanical equipment 

Coordinate with production for preventive maintenance related work 

Assist in continuous reliability equipment and process to achieve high equipment productivity and low downtime

Immediately respond to emergency case for equipment break down and abnormal event in the factory.

Carry out the additional work requested by the supervisor as and when necessary

Requirements: 

GCE ‘N’/ ‘O’ level, Nitec(NTC,ITE) or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering related discipline  

Have at least 1-year mechanical experience in the manufacturing environment

Knowledge of chemicals process in relation to production machinery and equipment will be an added advantage 

Must be computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Office Excel and Word

Able to read and understand department procedure and work instruction

Must be able to identify different colors for work purposes
