Job description for Marketing Manager at SINGAPORE RED LINE DATING PTE. LTD.
Job Responsibilities
Be responsible for the full-process operation of ads on major overseas platforms (Facebook, Google, etc.), including copywriting, creative planning, launch execution, audience targeting and effect optimization, to accurately acquire high-quality local single user traffic in Singapore, reduce customer acquisition costs and improve conversion efficiency.
Develop ad launch strategies based on the characteristics of Singapore's dating market, monitor ad data (exposure, clicks, conversions, etc.), regularly output data analysis reports, and adjust strategies in a timely manner to maximize launch effects.
Explore user needs and industry pain points in Singapore’s dating market, create attractive ad content combined with the company's service advantages, and enhance brand exposure and user recognition.
Coordinate with the sales team to link ad launch with customer conversion, optimize traffic quality, and improve user retention and paid conversion rates.
Keep abreast of industry trends, platform rule changes and competitors' marketing strategies in Singapore, and adjust the company's launch plans to maintain market competitiveness.
Assist in building the marketing promotion system, cooperate to achieve the company's overall marketing goals, and promote the implementation of marketing activities with internal departments.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above; major in Marketing, Advertising, Media is preferred. 3+ years of experience in Facebook and Google ad launch; experience in the dating industry or local life services in Singapore is a plus.
Proficient in operating Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, mastering ad launch, audience targeting, creative optimization and data review skills, able to independently complete the full ad operation process.
Excellent copywriting and planning ability, able to create attractive and conversion-oriented ad copy combined with Singapore’s local culture and single users' needs.
Sensitive to data, with strong data analysis ability and logical thinking, able to find and solve problems through data, optimize launch effects, and have cost control awareness.
Understand the current situation of Singapore's dating industry, be familiar with the consumption habits and social preferences of local single people; relevant industry resources are a plus.
Passionate about digital marketing, eager to achieve high salary through professional ability. Good communication, execution and pressure resistance, strong sense of goal, and able to adapt to platform rules and market changes quickly.
