Job description for Marketing Manager at St. Gallen Institute Of Management In Asia Pte Ltd
The St.Gallen Institute of Management (SGI) is looking for a Marketing Manager (100%) Commencing September 1, 2026, this permanent position is based in Singapore.
The institute seeks to foster a wider exchange between Asia and Europe, enabling a deeper mutual understanding of cultures, regions, and economies between Singapore and Switzerland. At the institute, we are international team of currently 13 professionals, and our office is located in a shophouse on Amoy Street, in the heart of Singapore's Chinatown district. You will join a small, but highly successful and entrepreneurial team to actively shape the long-term development of the SGI in Singapore as well as the university’s profile in Asia.
Responsibilities
• Participate in the planning and execution of SGI’s marketing strategies.
• Update and maintain SGI’s social media platforms and website.
• Monitor engagement, generate content, and ensure consistent messaging.
• Identify new funding opportunities and potential stakeholders. • Support educational programme development and management.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and reports to support funding initiatives.
• Organize workshops, conferences, and internal events. Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Experience in social media management, website updates, and content creation.
• Excellent written and oral English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM tools, and event management software is an advantage.
