Job Summary

We’re looking for a creative, organised, and trend-aware Marketing Intern to join the Made to Bloom team. You will assist with content creation, support campaign planning, and help execute brand activations to grow a beauty brand’s presence on social media.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, and other social platforms to increase brand visibility
• Support planning and execution of marketing campaigns and product launches to meet brand goals
• Brainstorm and develop creative concepts, captions, and marketing ideas to enhance audience engagement
• Coordinate influencer outreach and assist with public relations activities to build brand partnerships
• Assist in organising and supporting photoshoots, events, and brand activations for effective brand promotion
• Monitor social media trends and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies
• Prepare and pack PR kits and marketing materials to support promotional efforts
• Manage day-to-day brand and marketing operations to ensure smooth workflow and project progress

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Passion for beauty, wellness, and branding to align with company values and target audience
• Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, and current social media trends to create relevant content
• Strong eye for aesthetics and detail to maintain brand consistency and quality
• Organised, proactive, and able to multitask to handle multiple projects efficiently
• Comfortable using Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, or basic content editing tools for content creation
• Photography and content creation skills to contribute to visual marketing assets
• Based in Singapore preferred to facilitate coordination and participation in local activities
