Role Overview
The Marketing Executive supports the planning and execution of marketing initiatives that strengthen the Brand’s presence, client engagement, and commercial objectives. Working closely with internal stakeholders, regional teams, and external partners, this role ensures that every touchpoint reflects the Brand’s values of craftsmanship, discretion, and effortless luxury.
Key Responsibilities
Brand & Marketing Execution
Support the development and execution of annual marketing plans in line with global and regional brand guidelines.
Ensure consistent application of the Brand’s CI across all marketing materials, campaigns, and client touchpoints.
Assist in adapting global campaigns for the local market with cultural sensitivity and relevance.
Events & Client Engagement
Plan and execute high-touch client experiences, including vehicle launches, private previews, lifestyle collaborations, and bespoke showroom events.
Coordinate end-to-end event logistics, including vendors, creatives, guest journey, and post-event reporting.
Support prospecting and owner engagement initiatives to deepen long-term client relationships.
Digital & Social Media
Manage day-to-day execution of social media and digital marketing activities in line with the Brand’s tone and storytelling standards.
Work independently and with internal teams, as well as with agencies, to develop content calendars, captions, and visual assets.
Track performance metrics and provide insights to optimise future campaigns.
Partnerships & Collaborations
Support the identification and management of strategic partnerships with luxury, lifestyle, and cultural brands.
Assist in ensuring collaborations are aligned with the Brand’s values and deliver meaningful exposure.
Stakeholder & Agency Management
Liaise with regional marketing teams, Public Relations agencies, creative partners, and suppliers to ensure seamless execution.
Support submission of proposals, budgets, and post-campaign reports to regional stakeholders.
Reporting & Administration
Assist in budget tracking, marketing approvals, and internal documentation.
Prepare post-event and campaign reports, capturing learnings, client feedback, and engagement outcomes.
Support CRM-related initiatives and data collection for client insights.
Requirements & Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline.
2–4 years of experience in marketing, events, or communications, preferably within luxury, automotive, hospitality, or lifestyle sectors.
Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail.
Sensitivity to luxury branding, client discretion, and premium service standards.
Confident communicator with the ability to work across multiple stakeholders.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with social media platforms and CRM systems is an advantage.
Basic design skills to support creative content development.
Photography skills, with an eye for composition and visual storytelling.
