About the role
We are seeking a Marketing Executive to join our team and enhance our social media presence and marketing communications. The role includes planning and executing marketing events, creating engaging content, managing platforms, and building meaningful connections with parents and the wider community.
Key responsibilities
Create and edit photo, video, and written content for social media, blogs, and campaigns.
Develop short‑form video content (e.g., reels) for organic and paid campaigns.
Manage social media platforms, including content calendars, posting schedules, and community engagement.
Monitor performance metrics and optimise content for reach and engagement.
Gather insights from parents and teams to inform messaging and communication strategies.
Conduct social listening and basic market research to identify trends and competitor activity.
Develop, manage, and execute strategic marketing initiatives, campaigns, and events to drive brand growth and engagement.
Support parent engagement initiatives such as talks, webinars, events and open houses.
Publish feature articles on educational trends and parent concerns.
Leverage AI tools for content creation, optimisation, and analytics.
About you
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on digital marketing and communications.
Strong command of spoken and written English, with excellent copywriting and editing skills.
Proven ability to create engaging content across formats (written, visual, video).
Good understanding of social media platforms, trends, and audience behaviour.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
Keen interest in education, parenting topics, and community building.
Hands‑on, resourceful, and confident in executing content end‑to‑end with a strong visual eye.
Proficiency in content creation tools and equipment (e.g., mobile/DSLR filming, lighting, audio, editing software such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar).
