Job Description

We're looking for the next generation of creative souls who grew up listening to radio and want to be part of a team that elevates the radio experience. Through your time here, you'll be spearheading brand acquisition for our radio giveaways and campaigns, big and small.

Task

You'll be at the forefront of all communications with the brands and have the responsibility of ensuring their message comes across effectively on-air.

You'll be in constant communication with the Marketing team and Producers. Monitor, engage and respond to listener enquiries, where providing excellent customer service is key. Picking up on different softwares to clip out radio audio or upload podcasts. ● Weekly updating of the station's website.

Job requirements:

● Able to write and speak clearly.

● Able to identify problems and suggest practical solutions.

● Assist in the creation of written (articles, weekly newsletter) and photo/image content for the various marketing channels. Team Effectiveness

● Able to anticipate needs, provide good service and is helpful towards internal &/or external parties.

● Able to interact, respect individuals and communicate appropriately in diverse settings such as national, ethnic and workplace diversity. Workplace Effectiveness

● Is responsible and dependable in completing assigned tasks.

● Able to plan and prioritise assignments to complete by agreed schedules.

In your time here, you will work with numerous different brands, some of which are international companies.

● Exposure to the different facets of radio - Promotions, Programming, Social Media. Each team is interdependent on one another.

● Communication with Producers and Radio DJs will give you an insight into how the radio ecosystem works.

● Grow professionally through working with different people and discovering what working styles work best for you.
