Job Descriptions:
- Coordinate and closely follow up on customers’ inquiries, requests, and feedback, while effectively communicating and providing timely updates to team members and all relevant parties.
- Prepare sales forecasts and provide order updates to support internal sales, production, and operational coordination.
- Coordinate with suppliers and support supplier assessment and evaluation activities, including corrective actions and follow-ups, to ensure compliance with regulations and alignment with food safety requirements.
- Support internal and external audits including food safety audits, FSSC, Halal, ISO, and other compliance requirements as and when required.
- Participate as a member of the Food Safety Team and support compliance activities.
- Any adhoc duties assigned by Operations Director.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of administrative or logistics coordination experience preferred.
- Familiar with ERP systems (e.g., AutoCount) and proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
Working Hours:
• Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
