Job Description
Raise purchase orders (POs) and purchase requisitions (PRs) promptly.
Follow up with vendors to ensure timely processing of payments and ensure invoices are raised for payment.
Coordinate invoice circulation for signatories and liaise with finance department for payment coordination.
Consolidate evouchers from system and reconcile with system reports before routing for approval and sending to finance for payment.
Update tenants on payment status and provide necessary reimbursement forms.
Track completed Participation and Privileges forms for tenants.
Organize and maintain marketing materials and documents in SharePoint.
Support marketing team members in various projects and initiatives (i.e. stand in for Sweet Treats distribution if shorthanded).
Prepare event space rental & ad space rental agreements and liaise with Finance for invoice.
Requirements
“A” Levels or Diploma school-leavers are welcomed to apply for temp roles.

Strong interpersonal skills and is patient, persistent and able to work independently.
Good command of spoken and written English, together with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
