About the role
Handle the operation of imported or exported goods and prepare necessary documents to monitor the goods and ensure receipt of shipping documents. Responsible for the operation of international maritime cargo import and export business nodes, including booking, trailer arrangement, customs declaration, etc.
Key responsibilities

- Responsible for the operation of international maritime cargo import and export business nodes, including booking, trailer arrangement, customs declaration, etc.
- Do a good job of tracking the cargo transportation process, follow up the arrival at the port, picking up and returning the container
- Communicate shipping requirements with customers, warehouses, carriers and customs, liaise with shipping lines/freight forwarders, book containers/containers, check shipping schedules; Coordinate container trucking with haulers
- Prepare invoices for customers and verify subcontractor invoices
- Ensure that all customs requirements, import and export procedures, international trade and shipping regulations comply with legal requirements
- Use internal systems for data entry
- Organize and file daily documents and documents
