Job Description

Key Responsibilities

· IT solutions & applications testing, integration, configuration, troubleshooting, documentation

· Field installation and support of IT & Communication

(Fleetbroadband/VSAT) solutions (Maritime environment)

· Assist with new and existing solutions development, evaluation, assessment

· Work closely with solution partners to resolve technical issues

· Remote/On-site IT Support

· Provide pre and post sales IT technical support

· Ad-hoc duties or projects as assigned
