As Regional Sales Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of our growth, responsible for delivering revenue, retaining and growing customers, developing top talent, and driving business expansion — all while upholding the highest standards of process, compliance, and profitability.
What You’ll Own
Revenue & Growth: Hit and exceed monthly/annual sales targets; secure new customers and open new markets.
Customer Success: Ensure >85% satisfaction, <3% attrition, and long-term partnerships.
Team Leadership: Build, motivate, and retain a high-performing regional team (<10% unplanned attrition).
Operational Excellence: Full compliance with the Group’s Integrated Management System (IMS) and budget targets.
Strategic Impact: Bring innovative solutions, best practices, and “out-of-the-box” thinking to the maritime sector.

Your Credentials
Minimum 7 years in maritime services or related sales leadership
Proven track record of revenue growth, team development, and strategic business expansion
Fluent in spoken and written English.
Educational background in Sales, Marketing, or Maritime/Marine Studies
