Responsibilities:

Assembly and testing of the product to ensure that all required specifications are met.

Work with Supervisor and Mechanical Engineers to ensure that quality, waste and efficiency are meeting the requirements.

Troubleshoot faulty product or parts to ensure that all required specifications are met.

Repair products coming back from the field

Collaborate with mechanical engineers on improving products based to experience from the field, maintenance and repairs

Prototype new product versions

Execute improvement activities on quality and work process efficiency

Maintain conformity to quality standards in procedures and documentation

Participate in continuous improvement activities in product design
