Minimum 5 years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering
Experience in leading a team
Familiar with PFMEA, SPC, Kaizen, and Root Cause Analysis
Proficient in AutoCAD/SolidWorks and Microsoft Office
Understanding of ISO/IATF and safety standards
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
Able to achieve productivity, quality, and cost efficiency targets
