REQUIREMENTS

3–5 years of experience in F&B or retail operations, with at least 2 years managing multiple outlets

Proven leadership and team development skills with strong communication abilities

Ability to manage time, multitask effectively, and work flexible hours (including weekends/holidays)

RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead and inspire outlet leaders and their teams to deliver exceptional service and operational excellence

Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple outlets, ensuring smooth execution and consistent brand standards

Coach and develop outlet leaders to build leadership capability, strengthen team engagement, and elevate performance culture

Monitor and analyze operational and financial reports, implementing action plans to meet business targets

Manage expenses, inventory, and purchasing to support cost efficiency and profitability

Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and brand guidelines through regular audits and SOP implementation

Collaborate cross-departmentally to enhance customer experience and drive revenue growth

Introduce and execute innovative service improvements, new menu items, or promotional initiatives

Maintain accurate records and provide regular updates to senior management

Support long-term business planning by identifying opportunities for growth, efficiency, and innovation
