To coordinate operations, collaborations and systems, support initiatives, data, projects and events to drive operations and social-health outcomes.
- Oversee and collaborate with team members to develop and review work processes that support smooth daily operations across SGD Clusters and Satellite Offices, while assisting with data requests and processing to meet deliverables.
- Support SGD Clusters/Satellite Offices, AIC divisions, and partners in executing, evaluating, and advancing operations, initiatives, and collaborations that drive social-health integration outcomes.
- Coordinate and streamline communications and collaborations across SGD Clusters, Satellite Offices, AIC Divisions, and HQ teams, while assessing new initiatives to manage operational impacts and supporting HQ-level pilots and projects.
- Oversee and manage user access to SGD systems, drive continuous system improvements through user feedback, participate in UAT to ensure business requirements are met, and communicate system-related updates to Satellite Offices.
- Provide support across project teams and workgroups, assist in planning and executing events, and oversee secretariat and incident reporting responsibilities.
Requirements:
- Basic degree in any discipline, preferably in allied health, social service or community engagement.
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience of which 2 years in a managerial capacity.
- Possess strong analytical skills, ability to multi-task.
- Good written and verbal communication skills and meticulous.
- Independent and able to work with tight timeline.
- Highly adaptable and thrive in a dynamic working environment.
- Possess good critical thinking and decision-making skills
