The Strategy Management role supports the organisation's leadership in planning, deploying, and monitoring its corporate strategy and performance agenda. The incumbent will play a key role in coordinating the annual strategic planning and work-planning processes, managing the performance management cycle, and ensuring that organisational priorities are translated into measurable and actionable outcomes.

This role is responsible for the tracking, and reporting of corporate KPIs and strategic initiatives. The incumbent works closely with senior management and also supports strategic communications and serves as a central coordinating function for management meetings and selected corporate initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Support and coordinate the organisation's annual strategic planning, strategy review, work-planning, and budgeting processes to ensure alignment with corporate priorities.
  • Prepare regular management and performance reports for senior leadership, and other stakeholders, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and timeliness.
  • Work with departments to facilitate timely data submission, clarify KPI definitions, and strengthen data quality for performance reporting.
  • Support strategic communication efforts by coordinating materials for staff engagements and leadership communications related to organisational strategy and performance.
  • Serve as secretariat or lead coordinator for management meetings, including agenda preparation, meeting papers, minutes, and follow‑up on action items.
  • Plan and coordinate management retreats and leadership engagement activities, including end‑to‑end logistics and follow‑through, to support leadership alignment and shared accountability for organisational priorities.
  • Support ad-hoc strategic projects and organisational initiatives as assigned by senior management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to work with data and KPIs
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Organised and meticulous, with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Good stakeholder management skills across all levels of the organisation
