Job description for Manager (Contingent Staff) at Office of the Deputy President(Res&Tech)

Job Description

  • Manage incident reporting of minor HBRA Suspected Offences and Contraventions with Faculties/RICs
  • Support HBRA-related training for Faculties/RICs
  • Support IRB mutual recognition operational matters: e.g., serve as Research Office Checker for all submitted ECOS applications, serve as point-of-contact with Faculties/RICs on ECOS-related matters
  • Support IRB appointment matters
  • Handles ARCIO mailbox emails
  • Acts as point-of-contact for MOH TRUST-related matters
  • Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences or a related field
  • Research experience is an advantage
  • Good planning and analytical skills
  • Possess or have an interest in developing technological and digital skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Good oral and written communication skills
