We are looking for an Engineering Supervisor to support our growth.

Qualification:

Minimum education: Diploma (D3) / Bachelor degree (S1) in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field

At least 1 (one) year of experience as a Public Area Supervisor or in a similar role at a 5-star hotel

Neat and professional appearance.

Knowledgeable in the maintenance and repair of assets as well as MEP and operational equipment in public areas.

Skilled in public area cleaning techniques and sanitation methods that meet 5-star hotel hygiene standards.

Proficient in maintaining MEP equipment in public areas.

Familiar with 5-star hotel cleanliness and aesthetic standards for public areas.

Skilled in managing team tasks and public area work plans.

Capable of supervising, coaching, empowering, and coordinating team members.

Observant of potential hazards (slippery floors, damaged facilities).

Possesses strong technical skills in Public Area & Pool MEP.

Skilled in managing tasks and work plans based on operational needs, especially for team members.

Medical Reimbursement up to 85% of 1 month’s basic salary per year (eligible after 1 year of employment and permanent status/PKWTT)
