• Gaji yang diinginkan: Rp3,500,000 - Rp3,600,000 per bulan

Inspections:

Regularly examine buildings, equipment, and grounds for any issues or needed repairs.

Preventative Maintenance:

Perform routine tasks like lubricating machinery, changing filters, and checking safety systems to prevent breakdowns.

Repairs:

Fix broken fixtures, equipment, and building components, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.

General Maintenance:

Handle tasks like painting, flooring repair, landscaping, and cleaning.

Safety Compliance:

Ensure adherence to safety regulations and procedures, including fire safety and equipment checks.

Inventory Management:

Maintain records of supplies and equipment, and may assist with ordering or procurement.

Communication:
