Join Our Team as a Maintenance Officer!

We are looking for a hands-on and resourceful Maintenance Officer to oversee the upkeep and operations of our building. From attending to M&E faults and managing contractors to ensuring tenant satisfaction, you will play a vital role in keeping our premises safe and well-maintained. Job Responsibilities:

To attend to M&E faulty and able to carry out Handyman services for quick fix.

Supervise ad hoc jobs and term contractors including verification of service reports.

Liaise and attend to tenant’s feedback promptly.

Liaise with tenants and contractors on renovation procedures.

Conduct regular checks in the building and report any defects/abnormalities.

Take up Site Incident Controller (SIC) role under CERT team requirements (training will be provided).

Handover and/or takeover of units (Technical part).

Support other sites when necessary.

Any other tasks as assigned by Building Manager.

Job Requirements:

ITE and above in Electrical Engineering /Building Services/ Facilities Management.

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in managing properties.

Able to work independently and under pressure.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Those certified as Site Incident Controller (SIC) will have an added advantage

Working hours:

Mondays to Fridays: 09:00 am to 7:00 pm, Every Wednesday: 09:00 am to 6:00 pm
