Job Requirement:

Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering or related.

Have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in FMCG.

Demonstrates strong technical skills in maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting industrial equipment, machinery, and facility systems.

Familiar with Sidel, Tetra Pak, GEA, and Filling Aseptic machines.

Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and maintenance software.

Willing to work in shifts when required.

Placement: Factory Cicurug, Sukabumi.

Job Description:

Oversee and ensure smooth operations within the production area.

Develop work plans and maintenance schedules for production machinery.

Monitor maintenance activities for production machines and equipment.

Record and report operational parameters.

Maintain accurate breakdown maintenance data to support continuous improvement.

Manage spare parts inventory as well as maintenance and repair costs.
