Your Role
As a Luxury Sales Consultant, you will:
• Represent our luxury automotive brands with professionalism, passion, and excellence.
• Deliver personalised, consultative, and memorable experiences for clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with affluent and high-net-worth individuals.
• Drive sales performance and achieve targets through relationship building and strategic prospecting.
• Become a trusted product and brand ambassador with deep understanding of luxury products and lifestyle expectations.
• Engage clients through showroom experiences, networking events, and various communication channels.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders including marketing and aftersales teams to deliver a seamless luxury ownership journey.
• Uphold showroom presentation standards and ensure exceptional customer experience at every touchpoint.
